CryoViz Imaging Service Questions
If you have questions about the CryoViz Imaging service option or would like to know the status of a sample that you have shipped, please send us an email at support@bioinvision.com. If you have couriered your sample, please let us know immediately with the tracking number. If you have questions about the results that you have downloaded after your sample has been processed, or if you are interested in custom image analysis, our support and application staff will be happy to discuss with you.
